Rise of the Robots; and Presence by Amy Cuddy – Mark Your Calendar for the February 5 First Friday Book Synopsis

I’m posting this just before our January 8 First Friday Book Synopsis, which featured our synopses of Good Profit (Good Profit is #7 on the December New York Times Business Books Best-Sellers List) and The Big Short, Michael Lewis’ classic narrative about the 2008 financial crisis.

For our February 5 First Friday Book Synopsis, I will present my synopsis of the 2015 Book of the Year selection of The Financial Times: Rise of the Robots: Technology and the Threat of a Jobless Future by Martin Ford.

And Karl Krayer will present his synopsis of the just-released, long-awaited book by Amy Cuddy, Presence: Bringing Your Boldest Self to Your Biggest Challenges. (Amy Cuddy has the second most watched TED Talk of all time: Your Body Language Shapes Who You Are).
