A Simple, but Useful Step to Take at the Beginning of a New Year

Holidays are upon us – granddaughters demanding attention. (So very happy to give it).

So, quick reminder lesson.

Start the year by reading a good book or two. Take notes on key transferable lessons. Share those lessons with a colleague, and your team. And then put those lessons into practice – for yourself, and your team.

You learn more if you read good books.
You haven’t really learned until you do things differently, or until you do needed new things.

Go forward!

Happy Holidays!
